The Council have gathered information on the attitudes of residents to electric vehicles and charging infrastructure in the borough. Responses will help find the best locations for charging points in Blackburn with Darwen and will be shared in due course.
The deadline for completion was at 5pm on Tuesday 31 October 2023.
Focus Groups
We also wanted to speak directly to residents to get a deeper understanding of this issue. A focus group is a small number of people gave their views on these issues with the presence of a facilitator. The aim is to come up with ideas and solutions. These focus groups were held on 27th and 28th September.
