From Saturday 30 November 2019, Blackburn Private Hire will be stopping all its Saturday services. Blackburn Private Hire will axe its 3, 10, 12A and 12C services that serve Sunnybower, Lammack and Highercroft, all providing access to the town centre. The Monday to Friday services will not be affected.
